What to Do When Electronic Transmission Doesn’t Work

If your blood pressure monitor isn’t sending your blood pressure and you can’t fix it yourself, follow these steps:

1. Let us know you’re having problems. Email at remoteheart@partners.org or call (617) 525-9940 (select option 4).
2. Record your blood pressure and heart rate using the printable chart below.
3. Email us the chart at remoteheart@partners.org.
