How to set up your Blipcare monitor
Step 1. Insert batteries
You'll see "dancing" zeros for 1–4 minutes. (This means it's trying to connect to cellular service.)
When the screen goes blank, plug the cord that's connected to the cuff into the monitor on the left side.
Step 2. Wrap the cuff on your upper arm
Follow our tips for taking your blood pressure.
Once the cuff is on correctly, press the biggest button ("User 1"). The machine will now start taking blood pressure.
Take your blood pressure 2 times, with 1–2 minutes in between. Wait until the screen goes blank before taking your blood pressure the second time. Stay seated as you wait.
The monitor will turn off automatically. No need to push any buttons to turn it off.
Tips:
- Do not use the buttons that say "2" or "G".
- If you get an "E7" error, try moving to a different location, or try a different time of day.
