Blipcare Monitor Troubleshooting
If you haven't set up your Blipcare monitor, please follow the instructions on the Blipcare Setup page.
If you see an error, remove batteries for 5–10 minutes, then re-insert batteries. If that doesn’t work, follow the tips below or check your monitor’s instruction guide.
Symbol | What it means | What to do |
♥ | Appears while measurement is in progress. It blinks when the pulse is detected. | Measurement is in progress. Remain as still as possible. |
Battery Charge | The battery power indicator during measurement. | When battery is low, replace with new battery. |
Err | Unstable blood pressure due to movement during measurement. | Take another measurement and remain still. |
Err CUF | The cuff was not applied correctly. | Apply the cuff correctly and take another measurement. |
E PUL. DISPLAY ERROR | The pulse is not detected correctly. | Apply the cuff correctly and take another measurement. |
Err E or Err 9 | Device internal error. | Remove the batteries, press the power button, then install the batteries again. If you still see the error, contact us. |
Err 1 or Err 2 | Inflation is abnormal or there was movement during measurement. | Check the cord is plugged into the monitor fully, stay still, and try again. |
Err 3 or Err 4 | Pulse or blood pressure not calculated. | Try again. If you still see the error, contact us. |
Err 5 | Device is inactive or having connection issues. | Try transmitting again from a different room, or from outside. If that doesn’t work, remove and re-insert the batteries. Try pairing again. |
